THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the undersigned participant ("Participant") and PMP Global Sports LLC ("PMP Global Sports"). By signing this document, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acknowledgement of Risks

The Participant understands and acknowledges that participation in the soccer showcase event organized by PMP Global Sports, taking place on February 1st, 2025, at North Collier Regional Park, involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury, accidents, or other potential harm during the event.

2. Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration for being allowed to participate in the showcase event, the Participant agrees to waive, release, and discharge PMP Global Sports LLC, its agents, employees, officers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions that may arise out of or be related to any injury, loss, or damage incurred by the Participant during or as a result of participation in the event. This includes injuries sustained from accidents, falls, or contact with other participants, regardless of the cause.

3. Indemnification

The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PMP Global Sports LLC, its agents, employees, officers, and affiliates from any and all claims, actions, or causes of action, including legal fees, arising out of or related to the Participant’s actions or omissions during the showcase event.

4. Health and Fitness

The Participant affirms that they are in good physical health and able to participate in the event. The Participant understands that they are responsible for their own health and well-being and agree to inform PMP Global Sports of any medical conditions that may affect their participation.

5. Governing Law

This waiver and release agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida.

By signing below, the Participant affirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms outlined in this waiver.
